Terms of service.

1. Who and what

vibecoded.fun (the "Site") is operated by Brian N. Millar ("we", "us"). By using the Site — browsing, voting, commenting, or subscribing — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. The service

The Site publishes games and apps vibecoded into existence. Community features include comments, votes and feedback. All community content passes human review before publication, and we make no promise that anything posted will be published.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to content you post (comments). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, excerpt and promote it on the Site and on our official social channels, with attribution to the name you provided.
• You confirm what you post is yours to share — no passing off other people's work as your own, and no content that infringes anyone's rights.
• You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing [email protected]; the licence above ends when it is removed.

4. House rules

Don't use the Site to:

• post or link to malware, scams, or anything illegal;
• post spam, undisclosed advertising, or misleading claims (including claiming something was vibecoded when it wasn't);
• harass, threaten or demean anyone in comments;
• manipulate votes — by circumventing vote limits, automation, or coordinated brigading;
• scrape at abusive volumes, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation.

5. Moderation

We review comments and feedback by hand. We may decline, edit for formatting, unpublish or remove any content, and restrict access for anyone violating these terms — with or without notice.

6. Third-party links

Hosted games, apps and share buttons may link to sites we don't control. We review listings at approval time, but we're not responsible for third-party content, and a listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of safety. Use the contact form if something looks wrong.

7. Our content

The Site's own articles, design and branding are ours. You're welcome to quote and link with attribution; wholesale republication requires permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We're a for-fun project, not a vendor of the apps and games listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or of apps and games linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

10. Governing law and contact
